Budget Guest Friendly Hotels (Under 1,500 Baht)
On a tight budget? Not to worry — you can still find a hotel that’s comfortable, clean and 100% guest friendly. Although hotel prices in Downtown Bangkok have been rising over the last decade, there are still plenty of affordable options available.
Below, I’ve listed my favorite budget guest friendly hotels near Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy. Like with all of the hotels on this website, I’ve personally stayed in these hotels and can verify that they’re 100% guest friendly, with no extra joiner fees or charges.

Legacy Express Sukhumvit by Compass Hospitality (Three Star) | 7.7/10 | Nana (Sukhumvit Soi 1) | This is hands down one of the best budget guest friendly hotels in Bangkok. Located on the corner of Sukhumvit Soi 1 and Sukhumvit Rd, it's a five minute walk from Nana Plaza. Rooms here are comfortable, clean and great value for money. Almost always under 1,300 baht, even during the December to February high season. | Check Pricing and Availability
Woraburi Sukhumvit Hotel (Three Star) | 7.4/10 | Nana (Sukhumvit Soi 4) | Another good budget hotel near Nana Plaza. This hotel is on Soi 4, so it's an extremely short walk to the Plaza (for most people, less than two minutes). Rooms are clean, there's a nice pool and there are numerous restaurants and bars nearby. Prices almost never exceed 1,300 baht per night, even in high season. | Check Pricing and Availability
Cozy At Ten Hotel (Three Star) | 7.7/10 | Soi Cowboy (Sukhumvit Soi 10) | A great budget hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 10. A short five minute walk to Nana Plaza and a 10 minute walk to Soi Cowboy. Comfortable, clean rooms, friendly staff and a great location near nightlife and some of Bangkok's best bars and restaurants. | Check Pricing and Availability
Smart Suites Hotel (Three Star) | 7.3/10 | Nana (Sukhumvit Soi 8) | Comfortable three star hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 11. You'll need to take a taxi from here to Nana Plaza or Soi Cowboy, but it'll only take five minutes and shouldn't cost more than 50 baht. A great place to stay if you want somewhere guest friendly but not too close to the hustle and bustle of Bangkok's main nightlife areas. | Check Pricing and Availability |
